Do I need permission for roofing work in London?
Like-for-like roof repairs and replacements don't normally need planning permission. Changing the shape of the roof, or working on a listed building or in a conservation area, may need consent from your London borough council. Full re-roofs must also meet building regulations, which we take care of.
Which parts of London do you cover?
We cover all of London, including Hillingdon, Uxbridge, Hayes, Ealing, Southall, Hounslow, Harrow and Hammersmith — and the rest of west and north-west London. Our team is based in Slough, so we can usually arrange a free site visit within a few days.
Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the roof structure and most of the tiles are sound, a repair is usually best value. If tiles are failing across the roof or the felt has perished, replacement is often cheaper in the long run. We'll show you photos and explain the options.
