One team for every job.
Pino Construction designs, builds and renovates homes across Reading — from extensions and loft conversions to new kitchens, bathrooms, roofs and complete refurbishments. We know Reading's Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis and modern family estates, and what it takes to extend and improve them well.
We work throughout Caversham, Tilehurst, Earley, Woodley, Whitley, Emmer Green, Calcot and Lower Earley. Every project is handled in-house by one team with one point of contact, a fixed price and a clear timeline — so you always know what's happening and when.

Good questions.
Do you cover all of Reading?
Yes. We work across Reading, including Caversham, Tilehurst, Earley, Woodley, Whitley, Emmer Green, Calcot and Lower Earley, and the rest of RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG30 and RG31. Our team is based in Slough, so we can usually arrange a free site visit within a few days.
Can you help with planning permission and building regulations?
Yes. Where a project needs planning permission we prepare the drawings and submit the application to Reading Borough Council (or Wokingham and West Berkshire councils on the edges of town), and we arrange building regulations approval for every job that needs it.
What kind of homes do you work on?
All kinds — including Reading's Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis and modern family estates. We also work on flats, offices and commercial properties.
Are your quotes free and fixed?
Yes. The site visit and quote are free, and after the visit you receive an itemised, fixed price. It only changes if you decide to change the specification.
