Do I need permission for roofing work in Berkshire?
Like-for-like roof repairs and replacements don't normally need planning permission. Changing the shape of the roof, or working on a listed building or in a conservation area, may need consent from your local council — Windsor & Maidenhead, Wokingham, West Berkshire, Bracknell Forest, Reading or Slough. Full re-roofs must also meet building regulations, which we take care of.

Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the roof structure and most of the tiles are sound, a repair is usually best value. If tiles are failing across the roof or the felt has perished, replacement is often cheaper in the long run. We'll show you photos and explain the options.
