Can you help with planning permission and building regulations?
Yes. Where a project needs planning permission we prepare the drawings and submit the application to your local council — Windsor & Maidenhead, Wokingham, West Berkshire, Bracknell Forest, Reading or Slough, and we arrange building regulations approval for every job that needs it.
What kind of homes do you work on?
All kinds — including everything from period cottages and Victorian villas to modern detached family homes. We also work on flats, offices and commercial properties.
Are your quotes free and fixed?
Yes. The site visit and quote are free, and after the visit you receive an itemised, fixed price. It only changes if you decide to change the specification.
