Do I need permission for refurbishment work in Berkshire?
Most internal refurbishments don't need planning permission, but work such as removing structural walls, rewiring and new bathrooms must meet building regulations. If you live in a listed building or flat, extra consents may be needed from your local council — Windsor & Maidenhead, Wokingham, West Berkshire, Bracknell Forest, Reading or Slough or your freeholder. We check this before work starts.

A typical bathroom takes around 2 to 3 weeks and a kitchen around 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the layout changes involved. You'll get a timeline with your quote.

Yes. We fit out offices, shops and flats for businesses and landlords, and can work out of hours to keep disruption down.
