Local team. Local knowledge.
We build new homes and small developments for self-builders, landowners and developers — on infill plots, garden plots and replacement-dwelling sites alongside Reading's Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis and modern family estates.
From Victorian terraces in central Reading to family homes in Caversham, Tilehurst and Earley, we build and renovate across the RG postcodes — just a short drive along the M4 from our Slough base.
We manage the whole build — groundworks, foundations, superstructure, roofing, services and finishes — with one project lead, one programme and one fixed price, so you always know where things stand.
Homes built properly.
From one-off homes to small developments, every build gets the same care and attention to detail.

Good questions.
Do I need planning permission to build a new home in Reading?
Yes — a new home always needs planning permission from Reading Borough Council (or Wokingham and West Berkshire councils on the edges of town). We can work with your architect or arrange the drawings, support the application, and then build exactly to the approved plans.
Which parts of Reading do you cover?
We cover all of Reading, including Caversham, Tilehurst, Earley, Woodley, Whitley, Emmer Green, Calcot and Lower Earley — and the rest of RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG30 and RG31. Our team is based in Slough, so we can usually arrange a free site visit within a few days.
Do you build for developers as well as homeowners?
Yes. We build one-off homes for private clients as well as pairs, terraces and small schemes of houses and flats for landowners and developers.
Will the price change during the build?
Our quote is itemised and fixed for the agreed specification. It only changes if you decide to change the design or finishes.
